As a creative services firm, we bring energy, enthusiasm, and experience to every client we partner with. We know that we succeed when you succeed. Whether it’s researching fiduciary responsibilities under Sarbanes-Oxley and writing your monthly e-updates, or introducing the media to the hottest upscale purse boutique to storm central Pennsylvania, we love what we do. We listen, we write, we talk, we design, we produce, we print, and we market. Our creative edge and superior attention to detail make your communications pieces a must-read for your targeted audience. Enjoy a sampling of our work by visiting the sites listed below. Wentworth Corporate Center When Smith Land & Improvement Corporation in Camp Hill, Pennsylvania, wanted to market their 43-acre business park site, they chose us. Aerial photographs capture the extraordinary location and accessibility of this well-situated tract in Cumberland County, and combined with copy that includes 10 Fascinating Facts about the Capital Region, this full-color, 12-inch x 18-inch Wentworth brochure was produced and mailed to commercial realtors and business owners in Pennsylvania, Maryland, Delaware, and Washington, D.C. "I received several calls within a few days of the mail drop and every single person commented on the quality and impressiveness of the brochure," said owner Richard E. Jordan II. Strategically placed ads in the Central Penn Business Journal and in specialty real estate editions of the journal continue to keep visibility forefront. Facility Works Selling, installing, and moving office environments is what Facility Works provides its large and small clients. Whether it’s moving a three-person office around the corner or a 1,200-person business park around the country, this company needed to broadcast to the business world exactly what it could do through a fresh and informative Web site. Owner Ric Rapsey asked our firm to write the copy and create his presence on the Web for all potential customers. You can read about Facility Works by visiting here. Cornerstone Coffeehouse Public relations is a cost-effective way to build instant awareness to a mass audience. While enjoying coffee and a vibrant marketing conversation with Cornerstone Coffeehouse owner Susan Pera, I remarked that she was able to continue selling coffee during a regional water crisis when all customers had to boil water for one minute before drinking. What does a business do when its sole product exists on the availability of one commodity–be that water, gasoline, or electricity? Cornerstone Coffeehouse had an emergency plan and Susan was able to shut off her brew lines and pour in bottled water. She had to find and buy more than 120 gallons of water during the crisis to keep her customers in coffee. Her competitors, however, were not able to shut off their lines from the township and city water. McDonalds, Sheetz’s, and Starbucks could not sell coffee, but the small business owner could. Through a well-crafted story angle, we were able to get Cornerstone Coffeehouse on the evening news and let the public know that even in a crisis, they can still be served a great cup of coffee. Pierson Computing Connection Inc. (PCCi) Business owner Debra A. Pierson wanted to freshen the brand identity of her successful 15-year-old IT firm, but she also wanted to keep a similar color scheme so her customers would still recognize the company. We redesigned the logo, created a new tag line that clearly speaks to the company’s service, and designed and printed a striking new stationery package complete with note cards. Since nearly all of PCCi’s clients are Commonwealth of Pennsylvania departments, we redesigned and edited the Web site to provide easy-to-find information and an easily accessible brochure on the home page. Visit here to check it out. Through a continued public relations effort, PCCi was noted several times in the Central Penn Business Journal, the Patriot-News, and was featured as the cover story in BusinessWoman magazine for the September 2006 issue. Debra also received the prestigious and competitive 2006 Best Forty Under 40 award by the Central Penn Business Journal for her outstanding business success and community service. In November 2006, PCCi was a finalist in the Harrisburg Regional Chamber’s Small Business of the Year Award. Out of 30 applications, three finalists were chosen and a team of eight judges spent a morning on-site to learn more about PCCi’s business operations and staying power. Congratulations Deb! We are thrilled to be part of your team. Aegis Retirement Strategies LLC When entrepreneur Denise M. Clelan wanted to begin a new firm, she knew she needed a solid marketing foundation. Beginning with her company name, logo, tag line, and stationery package, ADG Marketing Communications introduced the company to its potential clients with an eight-page brochure, Web copy, business articles, media releases, and monthly e-updates. Aegis is diligent about keeping all its clients informed with the latest retirement information such as the new Roth 401(k), which is the information we write and prepare for the E-updates. Clients appreciate the well-researched and well-written articles that keep them up to date with fiduciary responsibilities. View our writing and creative design here. In January 2006, Denise M. Clelan was elected to the Keystone Chapter of the Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC). Her first call was to Anne to ask if she would do the media release and news contacts. The Deeter Gallaher Group LLC, formerly Anne Deeter Gallaher Marketing Communications We knew that our firm had to have a superior brochure to attract clients who, like ourselves, want to be noticed. Our brochure received global recognition with its prized feature in The Best of Brochure Design 8 by Rockport Publishing, March 2005. From more than 1,000 global entries, the design judges chose 183 to include in this gorgeous, full-color, coffee-table book. "The final selections for The Best of Brochure Design 8 honor the designers and organizations that push beyond good to great," says Ann Willoughby, design judge and owner of Willoughby Design Group. You can read about the book here. Counsel Trust A young, multifaceted trust and investment firm who is committed to growth through branding and message communications, Counsel Trust and its affiliate company, ECA Investment Group, Inc., needed a clear message. Driven by your best interests is the company tag line and the basis for every printed marketing piece and online message. A 6-page, full-color brochure/pocket folder informs clients of the firm’s competitive edge and targets each client’s needs with inserted sell sheets on topics such as Investment Diagnostics, Estates, Trusts, and Advisor Services. You can view our copywriting skills here. We are privileged to have an excellent client base who trust us to "tell their stories" to businesses, consumers, and the media. Because of the nature of public relations and marketing, one of our true competitive advantages is the passion we bring to every project we create, pitch, and market. Our clients are not job numbers or folder names in our Inboxes, they’re business builders with stories behind every product and service they sell. Although our names never appear on our clients’ materials, we invest the same energy and resources into them as if they were our own. And when we have the time to prepare winning proposals, we’re proud to showcase our work and enter awards contests. In November 2007, Anne Deeter Gallaher received three International Association of Business Communicators (IABC) Harrisburg Capital Awards. The first entry won a Gold Award and received a perfect score in the category of How-To Articles with "7 Strategies for Defining Your Personal—and Institutional—Brand," featured in the Pennsylvania Bankers Association’s paBanker Magazine. Anne also received a Silver Award in Four-Color Brochures for the Frampton Kimmel Group brochure, and a Silver Award in Print Advertising for her LB Smith Ford Central Penn Business Journal Profile advertisement. Recognizing excellence and best practices in business communications, the IABC Harrisburg Capital Awards received more than 80 entries. IABC is a professional network of more than 14,000 business communication professionals in over 70 countries. |
